This case study describes the presentation of a tropical foot infection that presented in a 38-year-old male farm worker from the eastern province of Saudi Arabia who contracted the fungal infection that is Madurella mycetomatis. Mycetomas or Madura foot is characterized by a slow progressive infection that can result in severe soft tissue and muscle involvement along with destruction of the underlying bone.
