Sialoliths most commonly occur in the submandibular gland. We present a case of a giant sialolith in the hilum of the submandibular gland. A 58-year-old male patient was referred to our department for treatment of a fracture in the right mandible with swelling and pain; he did not complain of any complications in the left mandibular region.
