A case of POEMS syndrome associated with essential thrombocythaemia and dermal mastocytosis.


We describe a case of POEMS syndrome presenting with the recognized features of polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrine abnormalities, monoclonal protein, skin changes and anasarca.
