Two lambda gt11 clones containing overlapping DNA inserts encoding portions of a structural protein gene from Orgyia pseudotsugata multicapsid nuclear polyhedrosis virus (OpMNPV) were identified by their immunoreactivity with polyclonal antisera produced against purified polyhedra-derived virus.
