Bolger (1993) introduced a special class of games in partition function form. More precisely, there is a set N of players and r alternatives and each player chooses one alternative. In this way it is obtained an ordered partition or arrangement Γ = (Γ1, . . . ,Γr) of N . Each pair (Γi,Γ) is called an embedded coalition.
