Withania somnifera (WS) has historically been used in Asia for treating stress-related health conditions. [...] Key Method Participants were randomly assigned to WSE (125 mg QD, 125 mg BID, or 250 mg BID) or placebo groups. Stress levels were assessed at Days 0, 30, and 60 using a modified Hamilton anxiety (mHAM-A) scale. Biochemical and clinical variables were measured at Days 0 and 60.
