Major goal of the Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is to improve road safety and driving comfort. VANET cannot guarantee timely detection of dangerous road conditions. For addressing such problem, we proposes a new scenario using VANET, with Roadside Sensor Unit (RSU) connected to base stations(BS), every vehicles on the road can communicate to server via base station.
