The spent electroless nickel bath is regenerated by removing its hazardous components of phosphite radicals, sulfate radicals and sodium ions with calcium carbonate filtering bed in combination with ion exchange method. The effects of flow rate, retaining time, pH value, temperature, etc. on the regenerating efficiency are discussed, and on this basis, the reaction conditions suitable for the present system are determined.
