OBJECTIVE To assess axitinib plasma pharmacokinetics and safety of single oral doses of axitinib under fed conditions in healthy Chinese volunteers. MATERIALS AND METHODS This Phase I, open-label study evaluated single dosing of axitinib in 14 healthy Chinese volunteers.
