The aim of this study is to investigate the antimicrobial synergistic effect against Campylobacter jejuni, a leading foodborne pathogen that causes human gastroenteritis, by cinnamon oil, encapsulated curcumin, and zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs).
