In this letter, a novel low phase noise oscillator based on stubs loaded nested split-ring resonator (SLNSRR) is proposed. The SLNSRR consists of a nested split-ring resonator (NSRR) and two short-circuited stubs loaded symmetrically at the NSRR bottom.
