    • The species is similar in appearance to P. intermedia and is mainly differentiated in: the third arista segment is yellow and 6 times the length of the 2nd segment; veins R4+ 5 and M converge near margin; anterior parameres curve in wards at the end and with 2 setulae pointing to the inner; posterior parameres bear only 3 microchactae at the end; the ventral membrane of phallus expands obviously to the end.Material: 1♂,monotype.Xiligou village, Dulan, Qinghai of China, 31-Ⅷ-1950, collected by… CONTINUE READING
