This highly sensitive immunoenzymometnc assay method involves monoclonalantibodies, a common-capturemicrosphere, and a rapid, membrane-filtration separation step. The common-capture solid phase is monoclonal anti-fluorescain antibody covalently attached to 6.5-sm-diameter latex particles.
