In this paper, we present a dynamic resource allocation algorithm, termed Dynamic Major group Allocation (DMA), based on Soft Frequency Reuse (SFR) which is an efficient method to mitigate inter-cell interference (ICI) in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) systems.
