This letter presents a general method for increasing the number of pixel candidates, those selected for processing in advanced differential SAR interferometry, by means of the exploitation of the polarimetric information provided by new satellite sensors. The algorithm is formulated for two different criteria of selection: the average coherence over the stack of interferograms and the amplitude dispersion index of the stack of images.
