A Cahn--Hilliard--Darcy model for tumour growth with chemotaxis and active transport

Abstract

Using basic thermodynamic principles we derive a Cahn–Hilliard–Darcy model for tumour growth including nutrient diffusion, chemotaxis, active transport, adhesion, apoptosis and proliferation.
