Ethanolic extracts of leaves of Clerodendrum infortunatum Linn, Simarouba Glauca and Psoralea corylifolia (Babchi) were subjected to preliminary screening for antimicrobial activity. All ethanolic extracts exhibited significant anti-microbial activity comparable to the standard drug tetracycline.
