Traumatic intramural hematoma of the duodenum with jaundice and pancreatitis was experienced. This disease is caused by blunt abdominal trauma, inducing obstruction of the duodenum. About 70 cases have been reported in the Japanese literature, but it is rarely associated with jaundice which has been seen in only 2 cases so far.
