A case of small bowel leiomyoma causing hypovolemic shock due to recurrent massive melena is reported. A 59-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of melena. Endoscopic examination revealed no lesion. The hemorrhage from the small bowel was suspected by 99mTc-RBC scintigraphy. Hypovolemic shock caused by recurrent massive melena occurred.
