We experienced a case of liver metastasis (H3), which was detected 3 months after curative resection of sigmoid colon cancer and thereafter showed a rapid enlargement. Since no hepatic metastasis was suggested by clinical findings before and during the operation, it was clinically regarded and treated as metachronus metastasis.
