A higher dimensional analogue of Kodaira’s canonical bundle formula is obtained. As applications, we prove that the log-canonical ring of a klt pair with κ ≤ 3is finitely generated, and that there exists an effectively computable natural number M such that | MK X | induces the Iitaka fibering for every algebraic threefold X with Kodaira dimension κ =1 .

Abstract We investigate period maps of polarized variations of Hodge structures of weight one or two. We treat the case when the period domains are bounded symmetric domains. We deal with aExpand
CANONICAL BUNDLE FORMULAE FOR A FAMILY OF LC-TRIVIAL FIBRATIONS

We give a sufficient condition for divisorial and fiber space adjunction to commute. We generalize the log canonical bundle formula of Fujino and Mori to the relative case.

We show that the M-canonical map of an n-dimensional complex projective manifold X of Kodaira dimension two is birational to an Iitaka fibration for a computable positive integer M. M depends on theExpand
LOCAL SEMIPOSITIVITY OF RELATIVE CANONICAL BUNDLES
This is an announcement of the recent development on the local semipositivity of relative canonical bundles for projective families. And we prove the boundedness of the effectively parmetrizedExpand
Hodge Theory and Algebraic Geometry

A canonical bundle formular of projective Lagrangian fibrations
We classify singular fibres of a projective Lagrangian fibration over codimension one points. As an application, we obtain a canonical bundle formula for a projective Lagrangian fibration over aExpand

B-SEMIAMPLENESS FOR FIBER SPACES WITH SMALL ALBANESE DIMENSION
We show that any κ-trivial fibration can be naturally decomposed into a lower-dimensional fibration, followed by fibrations in Abelian varieties. As an application, we prove b-semiampleness forExpand

Applications of Kawamata's positivity theorem
In this paper we treat some applications of Kawamata's positivity theorem. We get a weak adjunction formula for fiber spaces. By using this formula we investigate the target spaces of some morphisms.
