To the Editors: A 69-yr-old post-menopausal female with pulmonary nodules and a diagnosis of lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) confirmed elsewhere was referred to our centre (U.O. di Pneumologia, Ospedale San Giuseppe, Milan, Italy) for further evaluation.
