The investigation of hybrid optical transmission system (HOTS) [1] with 10 spectral channels of 400Gb/s in a single spectral channel is presented in this paper. Ten spectral channels based HOTS are considered in this work. Each spectral channel consists of 10 digital channels with the bit-rate of 40 Gb/s in a channel.
