A 33 year-old female was brought to the emergency room having suffered sudden worsening of right upper quadrant abdominal pain followed by a syncopal episode. She described 4 weeks of vague right upper quadrant abdominal discomfort. The day of admission she developed sudden worsening of the abdominal pain radiating around her back.
