SummaryRisk analysis has become a new scientific discipline for several reasons: First of all, the “Zeitgeist” has to be denoted which in our days is more anxious to detect harms than is delighted to hopefully discover benefits. It is confirmed by the great catastrophies of our time and by diseases of civilization such as smoking and alcohol.
