The effects of chronic administration of methamphetamine (MAP) on rat locomotor activity rhythm under light-dark (LD) housing and on neuronal activity rhythms from the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) in vitro were investigated. Control rats exhibited an LD-entrained nocturnal locomotor rhythm.
