MR spectroscopic Imaging (MRSI), with PRESS localization, is used here to monitor the effects of acute hyperglycemia in the spectral pattern of 11 mice bearing GL261 gliomas at normothermia (36.5-37.5 degrees C) and at hypothermia (28.5-29.5 degrees C).
