This paper presents an ultra-low-power (ULP) fully-integrated Bluetooth Low-Energy(BLE)/IEEE802.15.4/proprietary RF SoC for Internet-of-Things applications. Ubiquitous wireless sensors connected through cellular devices are becoming widely used in everyday life.
