A bstractWe construct six-dimensional (1,0) superconformal models with non-abelian gauge couplings for multiple tensor multiplets. A crucial ingredient in the construction is the introduction of three-form gauge potentials which communicate degrees of freedom between the tensor multiplets and the Yang-Mills multiplet, but do not introduce additional degrees of freedom. Generically these models provide only equations of motions. For a subclass also a Lagrangian formulation exists, however it… Expand

Six-dimensional superconformal couplings of non-abelian tensor and hypermultiplets
A bstractWe construct six-dimensional superconformal models with non-abelian tensor and hypermultiplets. They describe the field content of (2, 0) theories, coupled to (1, 0) vector multiplets. TheExpand
Non-Abelian tensor towers and (2,0) superconformal theories
A bstractWith the aim to study six-dimensional (2, 0) superconformal theories with non-Abelian tensor multiplets we propose a five-dimensional superconformal action with eight supersymmetries for anExpand
Six-dimensional (1,0) superconformal models and higher gauge theory
We analyze the gauge structure of a recently proposed superconformal field theory in six dimensions. We find that this structure amounts to a weak Courant-Dorfman algebra, which, in turn, can beExpand
(1,0) superconformal theories in six dimensions and Killing spinor equations
A bstractWe solve the Killing spinor equations of 6-dimensional (1,0) superconformal theories in all cases. In particular, we derive the conditions on the fields imposed by the Killing spinorExpand
Non-Abelian tensor hierarchy in (1,0) D=6 superspace
A bstractWe present a set of constraints on superfield strengths of the non-Abelian p-form potentials in D=6 (1,0) superspace which reproduces, as their selfconsistency conditions, the equations ofExpand
The Yang-Mills and chiral fields in six dimensions
A bstractIn previous work [15], we constructed an action in six dimensions using YangMills fields and an auxiliary Abelian field. Here we first write down all the equations of motion and theExpand
Supersymmetric Proca-Yang-Mills system
A bstractWe determine the off-shell N = 1 supersymmetry transformation rules for a tensor-Yang-Mills system in which the tensor field transforms in a nontrivial representation of the Yang-MillsExpand
Towards an M5-brane model I: A 6d superconformal field theory
We present an action for a six-dimensional superconformal field theory containing a non-abelian tensor multiplet. All of the ingredients of this action have been available in the literature. We bringExpand
A nonabelian (1, 0) tensor multiplet theory in 6D
A bstractWe construct a general nonabelian (1, 0) tensor multiplet theory in six dimensions. The gauge field of this (1, 0) theory is non-dynamical, and the theory contains a continuous parameter b.Expand
Amplitudes for Multiple M5 Branes
We study N = (N, 0) super-Poincaré invariant six-dimensional massless and five-dimensional massive on-shell amplitudes. We demonstrate that in six dimensions, all possible three-point amplitudesExpand

Tensor and vector multiplets in six-dimensional supergravity
Abstract We construct the complete coupling of (1,0) supergravity in six dimensions to n tensor multiplets, extending previous results to all orders in the fermi fields. We then add couplings toExpand
All couplings of minimal six-dimensional supergravity
Abstract We describe the complete coupling of (1,0) six-dimensional supergravity to tensor, vector and hypermultiplets. The generalized Green–Schwarz mechanism implies that the resulting theoryExpand
Superconformal N = 2, D = 5 matter with and without actions
We investigate N = 2, D = 5 supersymmetry and matter-coupled supergravity theories in a superconformal context. In a first stage we do not require the existence of a lagrangian. Under thisExpand
Anomaly-free tensor-Yang–Mills system and its dual formulation
Abstract We consider the (1,0) supersymmetric Yang–Mills multiplet coupled to a self-dual tensor multiplet in six dimensions. It is shown that the counterterm required to cancel the one-loop gaugeExpand

Abstract We describe the couplings of six-dimensional supergravity, which contain a self-dual tensor multiplet, to n T anti-self-dual tensor matter multiplets, nv vector multiplets and n HExpand
Superconformal Sigma Models in Higher Than Two Dimensions
Rigidly superconformal sigma models in higher than two dimensions are constructed. These models rely on the existence of conformal Killing spinors on the (p + 1)-dimensional worldvolume (p ⩽ 5), andExpand
