Development and validation of SSR markers for the plant-parasitic nematode Subanguina moxae using genome assembly of Illumina pair-end reads
- Biology
- 2015
To investigate the genetic diversity of S. moxae, simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers are developed using Illumina short reads of the genomic DNA and will be a useful tool for understanding the population structure and transmission patterns of this parasitic nematode.

- Biology, MedicinePlant disease
- 2012
In August 2011, a field of mugwort in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, exhibited more than 90% incidence of whitish and rounded galls on the leaves, impacting the quality of the leaves for medicinal use and identifying the parasitic nematode as Subanguina moxae.
