В статье представлен анализ и обобщение опыта зарубежных коллег (США) с целью ознакомления отечественных специалистов с наиболее эффективными разработками в области оказания кризисной психологической помощи. Под системой оказания кризисной психологической помощи здесь понимается комплекс мероприятий по предотвращению и минимизации последствий кризисного события, оказанию экстренной психологической помощи и последующему консультированию психологически травмированных лиц. Представлен исторический обзор развития системы оказания кризисной психологической помощи субъектам образовательной среды в США. Рассмотрены стратегии оказания кризисной психологической помощи в хронологическом порядке: подготовка к кризисным ситуациям в образовательных учреждениях (школьные кризисные планы), непосредственное реагирование на кризис (психологическая первая помощь), работа с психотравмой. Приведен алгоритм работы в кризисной ситуации (модель PREPaRE: предотвращение психологической травматизации, поддержание физического здоровья и чувства безопасности, оценка психологической травматизации, обеспечение интервенций, реагирование на психологические нужды и оценка эффективности кризисных превентивных мер и интервенций), выделены наиболее эффективные методы работы с психологической травмой у детей.
