Objective To observe the effect of miR-21 on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and explore the related mechanism. Methods Peripheral blood was collected from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients (n=20) and healthy adults (n=20).
