We report on the case history of a 30-year-old man with chronic, therapy-resistant urticarial vasculitis for more than 1 year. On clinical examination a metastasizing malignant teratoma of the testes was diagnosed. For surgical management and oncological therapy the patient was referred to appropriate clinical units.
