We reported transient changes in computed tomography (CT), angiography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans in a patient with status epilepticus, referred to us with a tentative diagnosis of neoplasma based on CT, MRI and angiographic findings, MRI showed increased signal intensity, and CT showed decreased left hemisphere attenuation without enhancement.
