Analysis of the results of a survey answered by 290 urologists on their relationship with primary care physicians (PCP), as well as the diagnostic and therapeutical approach to "prostatism". According to urologists, the PCPs attitude towards these patients shows a low profile, and they lack the necessary urological training to undertake diagnosis and treatment.
