This report clarifies the nutrition status of patients at home. The patients (subjects) received a home health care from registered dietitians. Forty-four percent (44%) of all the subjects are under 3.5 albumins (alb). Regarding a nutrition status, 26 out of 117 patients were regarded as dysphagia by doctor's SGA.
