BACKGROUND This study aimed to evaluate clinical characteristics of epidural anesthesia performed with 0.75% ropivacaine associated with dexmedetomidine. METHODS Forty patients scheduled for hernia repair or varicose vein surgeries under epidural anesthesia participated in this study.
