[Spontaneous hepatic hematoma during pregnancy].

Abstract

Spontaneous hepatic haemorrhage is a rare complication in pregnancy. It usually occurs in multiparous women who have toxaemia of pregnancy. We give a case history of a primigravid patient who was not toxemic.
