We report a case of a previously diagnosed patient of Hodgkin's disease, nodular sclerosis type and IVLDB stage. This patient subsequently presented a dermatologic nodule. A specimen cutaneous biopsy was performed and the histopathologic study demonstrated a dermal infiltrate with many classic Reed-Sternberg giant cells.
