PURPOSE To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in biliary tree patology in comparison with percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and surgical findings.
