INTRODUCTION We describe 2 patients with AA renal amyloidosis secondary to bronchiectasis (one patient had tracheobronchomegaly or Mounier-Kuhn syndrome). CASE REPORTS The time period between the diagnosis of bronchiectasis and the development of renal amyloidosis was 40 years and 30 years respectively. Both patients evolved to end-stage renal failure requiring dialysis.
