[Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of gastric emptying using a videofluoroscopic method].

Abstract

We studied the gastric emptying of 21 healthy volunteers using a standard contrasted diet composed of a lipid, carbohydrate, protein and barium sulfate solution homogenate.
