[Pulmonary carcinomatosis: a rare cause of acute cor pulmonale].


Five cases of neoplastic pulmonary embolism are reported in whom the clinical presentation was consistent with acute cor pulmonale. Perfusory lung scintigraphy was negative in all the cases.
