At postoperative day 10 of a percutaneous nephrolitholapaxy for a large stone in the right renal pelvis of a 78-year-old female patient, persistent gross hematuria, requiring blood transfusions, occurred. Selective renovasography showed a pseudoaneurysm of the branch of a segmental artery close to the lower renal calices.
