[Primary left atrial hemangiopericytoma. Report of one case].

We report a 41-year-old male presenting with progressive dyspnea lasting one month. A CAT scan disclosed a left atrial mass, that was surgically excised. The pathological study of the surgical piece showed a primary hemangiopericytoma.
