[Physicochemical characteristics of DNA and the amino acid composition of Bacillus phages].

Abstract

From five Bacillus phages nucleic acids were isolated and identified as double-stranded DNA of the AT-type. Their melting point was 85-86.5 degrees C, molecular weight 23.4-43.7X10(6) daltons.
