INTRODUCTION Diabetic peripheral arterial disease (PAD) of the lower limbs is underdiagnosed. METHODOLOGY This was a prospective study conducted over a six-month period from November 2012 to April 2013. A total of 308 diabetic patients were included from three diabetes centers in Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
