[Pelvic and acetabular fractures, long term results, retrospective study from Cadolles from 1977 to 1997].

From 1977 to 1997, 51 unstable pelvic and/or acetabular fractures were operated in our institution. We could control 35 after a mean postoperative period of nearly six years.
