UNLABELLED We report a case of extrapulmonary tuberculosis with oligoarthritis and synovitis in a 6-year-old girl with undiagnosed disseminated tuberculosis. CLINICAL CASE The child, adopted from Ethiopia, was admitted to the pediatric rheumatology unit for suspected idiopathic juvenile arthritis.
