Type-specific agglutinating sera to capsular antigenas of H. influenzae were recovered (from 1:3200 to 1:25600). With the given immunization scheme there formed mostly IgG immunoglobulins, and only insignificant amount of IgM (separation of G-200 Sephadex gel).
